at the Chowan Arts Council in honor of Multi-Million Dollar Club qualifier, realtor Ann Perry of Perry & Co. Sotheby's International Realty. Ann is a former Chowan Arts Council Executive Director, who helped put CAC on the map. This night will also be the opening reception and exhibit for Tracy Bell of Nags Head at 5:00-7:30PM. Tracy is a renowned artist and teacher from Nags NC with a huge following in Edenton and the surrounding areas.
