Graduated from The Park School of Buffalo and Lady Cliff College in Highland Falls, N.Y. She has resided in North Carolina for 34 years and she lives in Hertford, NC now for 7 years. She is a mother of 4 sons and 1 daughter and is married to Stewart Miller.

She enjoys making pottery for its beauty and practical use. The shell pattern pottery reminds one of the beaches. The pinecone needle, and branch-decorated pieces portray NC’s beauty with its pine trees statewide. She was introduced to clay in Pre School at Park School and used it all her life.

She is a potter at Dan Finch’s Pottery Studio in Bailey, NC. She does her work there and also at home. Her work is on displays at local galleries in Edenton, Hertford and Manteo, NC. She hopes everyone will enjoy her work!
